Driftwood in Jordan Pond

I took this panorama of a fallen spruce tree over Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park, Maine, on October 1, 2014, 11:21 AM. Ice thawing in the spring every year has moved the log from its original location further up the pond.

The panorama is stitched from 30 photos (3 rows of 10 columns) with AutoPano Giga and blended with Photoshop. I shot it at 200mm, f/4, ISO 100, and 8 second shutter speeds with a B+W 10-stop ND filter. I focused on the middle of the tree in the pond and let everything else fade out of focus. The stitched image is 20789 x 9861.
